How much does drain jetting cost?
+
A standard domestic jetting visit across Berkshire is typically £150–£280 depending on access and blockage severity. Commercial and scheduled maintenance work is quoted individually. The price is fixed and confirmed before we start.
Is jetting safe for old pipes?
+
Yes, when the pressure and nozzle are matched to the pipe. We assess pipe age and material before setting pressure — older clay gets treated more gently than modern uPVC. This is exactly where DIY hire-shop jetters cause damage.
How is jetting different from rodding?
+
Rodding pushes a hole through a blockage. Jetting scours the entire pipe wall clean using high-pressure water, removing the fat, scale or root growth rather than just displacing it further down the line.
How quickly can you attend?
+
Same day for standard callouts across Bracknell and Berkshire, and 24/7 for genuine emergencies — sewage backing up, a surcharging manhole, or a single-toilet property with no working WC.
Can jetting fix a recurring blockage for good?
+
It clears the immediate blockage every time, but if the same run blocks repeatedly there's usually a structural cause — a root-damaged joint, a bellied pipe or scale build-up — that needs a CCTV survey and a targeted repair to actually stop it recurring.
Do you offer scheduled jetting for commercial kitchens?
+
Yes — planned jetting on a monthly or quarterly cycle is the standard way to keep fat, oil and grease from building up in kitchen drainage. We size the schedule to your covers and grease trap condition.
What pressure do you jet at?
+
Our jetters run up to 4,000 PSI at 18+ litres per minute, but we don't run every job at maximum — pressure and nozzle choice are matched to pipe material and blockage type on site.
Will jetting damage my drains?
+
Correctly matched pressure and nozzle selection won't damage sound pipework. This is the risk with generic hire-shop jetters used without assessing pipe condition first — it's a large part of why professional jetting exists.
What guarantee do you offer?
+
Every job leaves with a written 12-month workmanship guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on parts, liners or equipment are registered and emailed across with the paperwork. If anything fails inside the guarantee window because of our work, we come back and put it right at no charge.
